Customer Service Representatives/Laundry Shop Attendants (3 positions)

Job Description

Salary limits: Kshs. 20,500 – Kshs. 23,000 gross pay.

Each branch is handled by an employee whose responsibilities include;

  • Receive items/laundry at the shop, tag, invoice and receive payments for the items to be laundered.
  • Market the shop by way of messages, retaining walk in clients, issuing flyers at the shop/mall entrances.
  • Attain set shop targets.
  • Sales reconciliation and reporting.

 

The person should have among others the desired qualities and qualifications below;

  • Certificate or diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to work under pressure with a variety of customers and personalities.
  • Must be good with people and work well with others.
  • Ability to work in multiple work locations is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to sell in various social media platforms a plus.
  • Must have a valid good conduct
  • Experience working in a busy hotel laundry, or commercial laundry as customer service rep an added advantage
