Job Title: IT Sales Executive/Manager – ICT Products Industry: ICT Location: Nairobi Gross Salary: Ksh 70k – 80k, Plus commissions.
Our client is a market leader in ICT in Kenya. They seek to hire an enthusiastic and competent IT sales manager in the IT market in Kenya. The successful candidate will be tasked to provide a strategic roadmap in relation to products, sales, pricing, the channel of distribution, and establish best business practices.
SALES EXECUTIVE/MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION (PAX 1, FULL TIME)
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales: Responsible for developing GND GROUP’s sales activities in the Kenyan market and surrounding countries and meet pre-arranged sales targets and objectives.
2. Lead Generation and Management: Gather and manage the sales pipeline for GND GROUP and provide the necessary follow up and reporting to the management.
3. Sales and Business Development: Generate own project and sales leads in order to achieve sales target including client visits, preparing and delivering sales pitches.
4. Event, Communication and Marketing: Help to organize marketing events, communication campaigns and other marketing tasks in relation to business development.
5. Public and Private Tenders: Participate in selecting and preparing for public and private tenders or Request for Quotes/Proposals
6. Sales Budget: Participate in the elaboration the annual sales budget
CANDIDATE’S KEY ATTRIBUTES
1. Market Experience in ICT Industry in Kenya: 4 – 5yrs; Our Clientele: Logistics, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transport & Government Agencies
2. Product Sales Experience: ICT related products and solutions; Our Hardware Portfolio: Laptops, Tablets, Servers, Point of Sale Printers & Scanners Our Software Portfolio: Warehouse Management, Inventory, Asset Tracking Systems & Fuel Management Systems 3. Others: Confidence, Innovative, Strategic Vision & Integrity
OTHERS
● Highly experienced as Sales Manager in the IT market in Kenya
● Proposed gross salary range KES 70,000 – 80,000
● Commissions on sales will be available
