to conduct financial transactions (transfer money, pay bills, buy insurance and securities,
barter currencies etc.) across their boundaries and beyond. Similarly, they make it easy
for the African diaspora and other customers to transact with Africa. They support various
payment channels including mobile money and all major international card networks.

Sales Leader

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Location: Nairobi

  • Salary: Ksh. 225,000 – Ksh. 260,000
  1. Responsible for implementing corporate client acquisition and distribution mechanisms, as well as implementing the company’s “go to market strategy.”
  2. Ensure that sales representatives and promoters meet and exceed their daily and monthly targets by converting and onboarding new merchants and customers.
  3. 100% responsible for establishing and managing a network of promoters in order to directly promote the product to potential clients.
  4. Executing the B2B strategy, train and develop the sales team on how to convert and onboard new merchants and customers.
  5. Create and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
  6. Managing a team of indirect account specialists (sales executives) to develop and control the network efficiently.
  7. Increase market reach and availability while ensuring product performance with effective branding and distributor channel performance.
  8. Effectively managing promotions and campaigns to ensure market penetration, smooth converting and onboarding new merchants and customers.
  9. Assisting in the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  10. Collect market feedback as well as feedback from sales representatives on a weekly basis.
  11. Make any new suggestions for potential future activity locations.

Key Qualifications

  1. Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, and/or other related Courses.
  2. At least 4 – 6 years’ relevant experience in managing a sales team in fintech, banking or telecommunications Industry.
  3. A real salesperson, true diplomat when it comes to people relation, sales and number driven.
  4. Should have knowledge of Kenyan and international Market
  5. Attention to detail, flexibility, True team player.
