Job Description
We are a Leading trading company dealing with FMCG and Construction Industries and we are looking for qualified candidates to fill in the following position:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary
The Sales Executives will be expected to serve customers by selling our products, meeting customer needs, and driving business growth in the assigned territory / market segment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-To source for new customers in the wholesale/Construction market.
-To source for extra orders from existing customers per the monthly targets.
-Submission of daily and weekly reports.
-Follow up on payments from the customers as per the contracts.
-Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; offers etc.
-Carry out regular visits to clients to monitor the product off-take & Customer Satisfaction.
-Undertake customer opinion surveys with respect to sales.
-Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualifications
-FMCG / Construction Industry experience is a MUST
-Minimum of three (2) years in General trade and extensive experience in the wholesale markets.
-A Diploma in Sales and marketing.
-Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
-Excellent oral and written communication.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
