- Onboard and establish relationships with new customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by checking on the clients regularly by identifying and responding to client needs as and when they arise
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service to maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop detailed knowledge of all existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
- Meet set sales targets on a monthly basis for all products
- Participate in out of office activation activities with an aim of bringing in new business and meeting new prospective clients
