Title: Sales Representatives,
Salary: Ksh 25,000 with uncapped commission and bonuses,
China Liansu Group is one of the largest industrial companies of plumbing materials in China. As the official authorized Distributor of China Liansu, we are looking to hire Sales Representatives who will be responsible for achieving set targets month on month, pipeline management and channel growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- To develop, qualify and close new business with prospective clients
- Managing your own territory
- Achieving sales target set by the company
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through the different products.
- Represent the company for the sale of the products in a defined sales area
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and other administrative functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork.
- Create the best buying experience to make lifelong customer retention.
- Offer excellent customer experience both physically and through online engagements
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and referrals.
- Stay on top of market trends and current products in the market
- Cold calling on customers, able to follow up on leads
- Flexible work schedule to be in the office, outselling, demoing equipment as needed
- Preparation of proper and accurate invoices.
Understanding the Customer, Prospecting Skills, People Skills, Problem Solving, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Legal Compliance, Independence, Professionalism, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiations
- Degree in business commerce (Preference to B.A)
- At least 2+ years in selling building materials or a related field
- Proven track record of good performance in sales demonstrated by achieved targets.
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in both English and Kiswahili
- Must be confidential
- Aged 35 and below will receive priority but we are open to all candidates
