Job Title:Solar Energy Products Sales Representative
Compensation:

Monthly Salary: KES 100,000ā120,000
-
Performance bonus: 1%ā1.5% commission on sales.
Working Hours:
-
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am ā 5:00 pm
-
Saturday: Half-day
Our client is seekingĀ dynamic and results-oriented Sales representatives to drive growth in the solar energy and power solutions sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan covering sales strategies, revenue targets, and expense controls.

Achieve set sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.

Establish individual sales targets in collaboration with the sales team and monitor their progress.

Track and report sales performance regularly, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

Supervise and support local and regional sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and market expansions.

Plan, direct, and oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Representatives.

Lead and coordinate all sales activities within assigned territories.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 yearsā sales experience within the inverter, power tank, solar energy, generator, or new energy battery industries.

Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.
