Our Service Scope to find you the Best Talent

Basic Package

Allows you to advertise vacancies on the Staffrite HR website and access candidates via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) which you will have full access to for a lifetime. We will create an online account for you so as to access these services. We propose this for entry to mid-level positions that typically require advertising to fill vacancies.

Ksh 4,000 per vacancy advertised

Blue Package

This solution gives the advert more visibility by pining it on the Staffrite HR Front Page, sharing the job advert on the Social Media Platform i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Whatsapp, Telegram & Google. This makes sure that the advert gains a lot of attention so that it can reach passive candidates hence attracting the best talent.

Ksh 7, 400 per vacancy advertised.

Green Package

This solution gives you the 10 best candidates in a span of 10 working days. Just after the advert has started receiving applications, an algorithm in the system automatically starts filtering and matching CVs giving up to 10 best candidates that fit the role demands. The recruitment team will then go through all the applications received to argument the filter results enabling you to work with a less pool of candidates and with the best qualifications to match your needs. This will aid in saving you the time and effort required to fill the role in question.

Ksh 18,000 per vacancy advertised 

Gold Package

This solution is for your skilled roles/vacancies. We will source candidates and attention is applied to the candidates that we qualify, with a focus to matching the candidates to the vacant job profile and supplying a smaller list that meets the role requirements. We work with the specific skills and competencies of
the position to deliver a shortlist of 5 qualified candidates for interviewing within the shortest time (7 working days), saving you time and the tedious administrative process of filling the role. Should you feel that the
candidate presented or hired is not meeting his/her requirement, Staffrite will replace this candidate at no extra cost. (NB: Due process will be followed as per Employment Act 2007)

HEAD HUNTING

Executives have to be personally approached the right way if you want to present them with new opportunities. We Got You.

For highly Skilled and competent, Executive, Senior and Management positions, we propose that you opt for our Head Hunting Services. We will purpose to deliver candidates in these positions within 10 working days for your approval. We offer this service at a rate of the equivalent of 100% of a gross monthly salary per hired person. We will work with you to define the job descriptions that are accurate to the requirements of the role allowing us to focus on quality.

    Extensive, executive consultation is offered upon engagement. We want to gain the deepest understanding of your company, your requirements, the position, and offer advice to ensure success.
  • Free Replacement
    We offer a free replacement candidate if things don’t work out within the first 3 months.
  • Approach
    Our consultative, detailed and relationship-orientated approach requires 30 days of recruitment exclusivity (see FAQs). In return, we guarantee to get you results!

TEAM SEARCH

Plan to hire 4 or more positions? This saves you on initial (deductible) fees as you can hire up to 10 positions under one lower all-inclusive fee. Whether you have any combination of Junior, Expert, IT & Tech, Managerial or Executive requirements, the Team Search has you covered!

Plan to hire three (3) or more positions? This saves you on initial (deductible) fees as you can hire up to over 10 positions at a discounted fee. Whether you have any combination of Junior, Expert, IT & Tech, Managerial or Executive requirements, the Team Search has you covered!

  • Charges

Charges applied as per headhunting (Ksh 100% one-month gross salary per candidate) but with a discounted fee per class.

i.)   1- 3 candidates: 3% discount on the total fee for the 3 candidates.
ii.)  3- 7 candidates:  7% discount on the total fee for the 7 candidates.
iii.) 7- 10 candidates:  10% discount on the total fee for the 10 candidates.
iv.) 11+ candidates:  13% discount on total fee for the number of candidates.
