Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource and Administration professional. The role involves daily tasks related to HR management, including overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Experience managing employee benefits and personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
