Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Nairobi
Salary: 25,000 + Commission

Job Purpose
Our client in Vehicle Tracking and Management services is looking to recruit Sales and Marketing Executives. Their role shall be to improve the operations, systems, processes and policies in support of the organization’s mission through accomplishing business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementing sales plans.

Duties
ď‚· To execute direct sales activities and sell products to clients and achieving of monthly and annual sales targets given.
ď‚· Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and market trends.
ď‚· Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
ď‚· Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
ď‚· Focusing sales efforts to both existing and potential clients.
ď‚· Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
ď‚· Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
ď‚· Developing strategies to increase sales volumes and market share
ď‚· Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
 Protect organization’s values by keeping information confidential.
 Take 100% ownership of every situation with a client, ensuring issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
ď‚· Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends and ensuring all reports are done and submitted on time.

Qualifications
ď‚· Must have at least 2 years of experience in the field of vehicle tracking fleet management industry.
ď‚· Must possess good communication and convincing skills, be aggressive and be able to convert sales in the shortest time frames.
