About the role:
Innovative Apps is looking for a project manager with Prince 2 or PMP qualifications with at least 12 years’ of experience in project management. The ideal candidate should have team leadership experience. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the efforts of the projects team, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and identify the resources required for successful implementation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the efforts of the project team, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project completion.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including senior management, end-users, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to ensure the project remains within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the project meets or exceeds established standards and requirements.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of the new ERP system by all users.
• Training and Support: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP implementation projects, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their implementation processes.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address project challenges proactively.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
