Job Description

Our client in the recruitment industry is looking to fill the role of Human Resource and Operations Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Support with recruitment through posting screening and shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks;
  • Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the objectives and challenges of the HR consultancy industry.
  • Collaborate with Top management to identify and address HR priorities and initiatives that drive business success.
  • Work closely with Recruitment managers to identify talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support payroll administration by collating monthly payroll changes and statutory remittances.
  • Handling communication and routing to the right department and following up to ensure the client has been served to satisfaction;
  • Assist in handling email correspondences and clients’ discovery calls and closing sales accounts.
  • Coming up with new strategies for business development and client retention.
  • Preparing and formulating HR administrative processes, policies, and procedures;
  • Assist in training and scheduling of training – Learning and development of employees.
  • Provide HR administrative support to other departments when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR Management.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional/ IHRM Membership (Added advantage)
  • Experience in HR consultancy or Security consultancy (added advantage.)
  • Commercial and business astuteness.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and good in customer relations including sales.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm and ability to work long hours and under pressure to deliver timely solutions/deliverables.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
