Job Description

Work Location: Nairobi, Kenya.

Department: East Africa Office.

Reporting to: Headquarters Administrative Director and Country Manager

Number of subordinates: None

Salary range: Ksh 60,000 to 80,000

Our client is hiring. Their main products are; household energy storage batteries, household energy storage integrated machines, household movable energy storage systems, small commercial energy storage systems;

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for handling the daily administrative and human resources management affairs of the East Africa office, assisting the East Africa regional sales team to improve sales performance, and achieve sales performance goals and sales collection goals.
  2. Execute the work instructions of the Headquarters Administrative Director and report to the Headquarters Administrative Director on the daily operations of the East Africa regional sales team;
  3. Responsible for the office support of the office and the storage of company items, and take the lead in solving and answering various administrative and human resources management problems encountered by office personnel in daily work;
  4. Responsible for visits, reception and external liaison work of office personnel;
  5. Responsible for solving various daily life problems encountered by company headquarters personnel while working in the East Africa office;
  6. Supervise the sales team to fill in work reports (daily, weekly and monthly reports) and participate in sales meetings;
  7. Participate in various marketing activities and brand promotion activities of the office;
  8. Responsible for the statistics and reimbursement of administrative expenses for office employees;
  9. Responsible for the sales performance statistics and payment collection statistics of the sales staff in the office;

Job Requirements:

  1. College degree or above, more than 8 years of work experience, including more than 5 years of administrative work experience in Nairobi, preference will be given to those with team management experience;
  2. Be familiar with the company’s daily administrative affairs, human resources management affairs and the handling of corporate industrial and commercial affairs;
  3. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, and proficient in using computer office software;
  4. Be proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have good communication and problem-solving abilities;
  5. Strong sense of responsibility and able to withstand appropriate work pressure.
