Job Description

Our client specializes in Honey Bee Apitherapy Products that includes Apitherapy (Medicinal) honey, Bee Propolis Tincture, Propolis Suspensions, Apitherapy Just Gargle, etc, is seeking to recruit a sales representative.

As a van sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products to institutions through on-site visits, product education, and demonstrations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our sales and distribution by building relationships with potential customers and actively pursuing sales opportunities. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, increase brand awareness, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Promotion:
    • Plan and execute daily visits to institutions, including offices, schools, hospitals, and other potential customers.
    • Present and demonstrate our products to decision-makers, showcasing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    • Educate customers on product usage, applications, and any specific requirements.
    • Persuade potential customers to make purchases and negotiate terms to secure sales.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Market Research:
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance, pricing, and suggestions for improvement.
    • Report market insights, customer feedback, and sales data to the management team.
  3. Sales Administration:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales transactions.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, achievements, and challenges faced.
    • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product replenishment needs to the appropriate department.
  4. Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Stay informed about our product range, features, and benefits.
    • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
    • Train customers on product usage, storage, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with the local market and institutions within the sales territory.
