- Research and develop inbound and outbound tour packages for various destinations both local and international
- Develop and execute innovative Tour and Travel programs/plans that attract customers
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary/ tour packages.
- Negotiate competitive rates
- Offer and promote different services and offerings
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate revenue
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the hospitality industry
- Tour briefing: provide details to the clients on the services booked, general information and requirements
Qualifications and CompetenciesÂ
- 5 years experience in the hospitality industry with at least 3 years in Tours and Travel a MUST
- Active listening and good communication skills.
- Self driven with high level of integrity.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Good business acumen
Salary is based on retainer and commissions
